Kenan Evren
There was a banquet in Air Force Academy in Yeşilköy. Our guests were Governor Nevzat Ayaz, four commanders and their wives. At those kinds of banquets, we had put one slice of white bread, corn bread and wholewheet bread. While I was making my last check, I realized that one of the bread slices of Kenan Evren was cracked. I took it and changed it with another commander's slice. Then, they came and began to eat. While Kenan Evren was telling that wholewheet bread was helpful for bowels, he broke his bread into two pieces and saw the hay in his bread and said to the governor that Istanbul was serving him bread with hay. Governor looked at me and at the same time, I went in front of Kenan Evren and stood like a soldier and said that breads were made by me. Then, he has shown his maturity and put the hay away from his plate and said that it was normal, this kind of things could happen.

Princes, princesses
The Queen Elizabeth's sister, Princess Margaret had visited our restaurant two times. I could not please her. She was nervous. I wanted to show her the Queen Elizabeth's singature on our honorbook but she refused. Besides this, Jackie Kennedy was different. She was acclaiming whatever we serve to show her happiness. Princess Füstenberg was also so polite.

Turgut Özal
Turgut Özal had also visited our restaurant. He asked me what I was interested in as a hobby. I said that I was interested in making montages of photographs and films. He asked what it was and I said that I made the montage of one of my friends and a beautiful woman. Then he looked at me and said to stay away from him.
